Project Accomplishments
- Links SCCM Project: Provided time-sensitive technical support during company-wide Centerware migration project to mitigate an influx of end user print related issues. Remedied an average of 20 print-related issues a day.
- GME Project: Managed 2000+ users in Windows 8 to Windows 10 migration project; constantly provided technical support to various application migrations including AutoCad 2014, Oracle 10g/11g and Primavera.
- Operational: Engaged by internal IT for resolving 150+ incident tickets per month on an average, consistently attaining 95% client satisfaction rate.
