Project Contributions & Operational Accomplishments

• RWDI CentreWare Project: Successfully coordinated the project of implementing a centralized scanning and printing infrastructure with a team of 10 and a budget of $800,000 enabling centralized scanning and printing.
• RWDI Spiceworks Project: : Implemented and configured Spiceworks ticket management system, providing clients with an accessible system to trace ticket progression and eliminating $30,000/year licensing cost on old system.
• Operational: : Achieved a SLA compliance rate of 98% which was highest among all North American subsidiary companies. Also upgraded the ITSM Knowledgebase by documenting 200+ proven remedies of common issues.
